Taylor Swift Performs “You Belong With Me” At The MTV VMAs

Even though we’re betting Taylor Swift was really upset after accepting her MTV VMA award on stage and having Kanye West grab the microphone from her and tell the audience that Beyonce deserved the award instead, she remained professional and was able to perform her song “You Belong With Me” during the VMA Show.

We think she did an awesome job and it looks like she practiced A LOT! She knew exactly which camera to look at every time and she didn’t bump into any of the people dancing near her!

Kayne West dissed Taylor Swift at the VMA's!

Woah. We don’t think this was necessary at all! Poor Taylor.

Watch the video above to see how Taylor is SO excited to win an MTV Video Music Award and in the middle of giving her speech Kanye West jumps on stage and tells the crowd that Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time – AKA Beyonce should have won.

Taylor is speechless afterward and doesn’t say ANYTHING! We feel SO bad for her.

Taylor Swift - MTV Video Music Awards 2009

Taylor Swift shines as she arrives in an actual Cinderella-esque coach for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday evening (September 13).

The 19-year-old musician will be performing her hit single, “You Belong With Me,” during tonight’s ceremony. Taylor was even seen rehearsing her performance on top of a taxi this afternoon!

Taylor wore a stunning Kaufman Franco dress with Lorraine Schwartz jewels for her arrival. For her performance, Taylor opted for a 1950s vintage red dress and paired it with more Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Louboutin pumps.

She is gorgeous.!!

Taylor Swift To Re-Release 'Fearless' With New Songs

Taylor Swift will release an expanded version of her chart-topping album, "Fearless," with six new songs, her label announced today (Sept. 10). Entitled "Fearless Platinum Edition," the CD/DVD is due on Big Machine Records Oct. 27.  


Among the other extras will be Swift's much-talked about rap music video with T-Pain, "Thug Story" -- which aired as comic relief during the CMT Music Awards in June -- and behind-the-scenes photographs from her summer tour taken by her brother.


"Taylor's fans have an incredible appetite for her new music and her ongoing life experiences," said Big Machine president/CEO Scott Borchetta in a statement. "The two million-plus fans who bought Fearless within weeks of release last year are screaming for new Taylor music, and Taylor has delivered."


Since its November 2008 release, "Fearless" has sold 3,789,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It has also spent 43 weeks on the Billboard 200 -- 11 of them at No. 1, the most for any album released this decade.


Swift received four CMA Award nominations this week, including one for album of the year.

Taylor Swift To Re-Release Fearless Album!!

Oh my my!! The second I read the news. It's creeping me out, guys.!! Taylor Swift, the love of my heart, to re-release her Fearless album! Guess what is more excited about this? She will add 6 more new songs in...Whoo..this is so great.

Here is what she had to said, "There’s a lot going on that I’m very excited about. One of the things at the top of my favorite things list is that I have new music coming out! What’s that you say? We just put out Fearless last year? I know! We’re not putting out a whole new album. We’re re-releasing Fearless with SIX new songs added. I’m so excited for you to hear this new music, see the new pictures, and watch the 50 million hours of bonus content. I love you a lot and I’ll see you on the road!”

I think this is fantastic news! Are you planning on buying the “Fearless” album again this time around?
